Bad Shoe Productions AODE/4R70W Transmission

This copyrighted three DVD set (or four section download version) has four hours of detailed How To instructions on rebuilding the Ford AODE, 4R70W and 4R70-75E transmissions. The AODE/4R70W was used in rear axle drive Ford cars and trucks with the 3.8L, 4.2L, 5.0L, 4.6L and 5.4L engines built from 1992 to 2014. The tranny I used was from a 96 4.6L TBird which is a typical example of the 4R70W and changes made through the years are pointed out in the video. Although the film is geared to the novice, the AODE/4R70W is an advanced designed unit with several special tools needed to overhaul it. Some prior transmission knowledge is recommended but with patience and eye to detail, the first timer can tackle it. I shot the video in a logical order of repair plus showing techniques, FYI tidbits, Hot Tips and as much misc. info I could think of.
